Week three and I'm confused about the Permalink. I like the chart for recording my progress, but I haven't figured out the connection with the blog. I'll trust the step by step instructions and go back and do this sequentially so I can master week three.
I need to plan my time better. This is more fun than creating schedules, so I better finish next week's desk schedule before continuing.

I am frustrated with Step 3, too, and will let someone correct me if I'm not doing it right. You're not alone there. I wanted to say how much I like your link to Library Thing. There are 2 good title by John Grisham. I am surprisingly unimpressed with most popular fiction these days, especially for a public librarian, but did really enjoy The Appeal. Have you read it yet? It involves a hand-picked candidate for state Supreme Court with a view to stacking the court ideologically and crushing plaintiff's rights to just compensation on tort claims against big business. High legal and political theater at its best!
